This public demo site is designed for fictitious data only. Do not enter real patient, caregiver, staff, medical, payment, or protected health information into the demo forms.

The demo stores sample actions in WordPress options so visitors can see how lookup, queue, submit, recap, and diagnostics behave. Production implementations use separate credentials, agency-specific configuration, and a launch checklist before live workflows are enabled.

For production engagements, Digital Lead Software will provide implementation-specific privacy and security requirements during onboarding.
